Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Pricing may change if the scope of work, materials, or timeline changes after the initial agreement.
• Custom projects may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins or materials are ordered.

Payments

• Final payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to interest or additional charges.
• We accept [insert your accepted payment methods: e.g., e-transfer, cheque, invoice, etc.]

Project Scope & Changes

• The scope of work will be outlined in writing before the job starts.
• Any client-requested changes to the design, materials, or installation timeline may affect pricing and deadlines.
• All work is custom and fabricated to order — changes after fabrication begins may not be possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation after a deposit is made may result in forfeiture of the deposit and reimbursement for any materials already purchased.
• We require 48 hours' notice for rescheduling on-site work.

Worksite Expectations

• Clients must provide safe, clear access to job sites.
• We maintain a clean and professional workspace and expect the same level of access and cooperation.
• We are not responsible for site conditions outside our control (e.g., weather, incomplete prep by other trades, etc.)

Warranty

• Welds and structural fabrication are backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty, unless otherwise stated.
• Finishes such as powder coating or paint are not warrantied against wear, corrosion, or damage from the environment unless specified.
• Warranty is voided if the item is altered or modified by a third party after installation.

Use of Images & Completed Work

• We reserve the right to photograph and showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from misuse, improper installation by others, or unauthorized modifications of our work.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Intellectual Property

• All logos, branding, images, and written content on this website are the property of Diamond Hands Welding and Fabrication and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local jurisdiction.
