How do I get a quote?
Absolutely. We don’t just weld — we build. From concept sketches to full fabrication, we’ll work with you to design custom gates, railings, or metalwork that fits your space and vision.
Can you help with design and fabrication?
We specialize in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Whether you need TIG, MIG, or stick welding — we’ve got the experience to handle it.
What types of metal do you work with?
Yes! We’re fully mobile across the Okanagan and surrounding areas. Whether it's a structural fix, gate repair, or on-site welding for your project, we come equipped and ready to work.
Do you offer mobile welding services?
Yes, we carry full liability insurance for all welding and fabrication work. Safety, compliance, and professionalism are always top priority.
Are you insured?
For most custom fabrication jobs, yes — a 50% deposit is required to begin work. For smaller repairs or mobile jobs, payment is typically due upon completion.
Do you require a deposit?
We do our best to accommodate urgent jobs and offer flexible scheduling. Reach out and we’ll let you know our next available time slot.
What if it’s an emergency or time-sensitive job?
It depends on the scope. Smaller mobile repairs can often be completed within a day or two. Custom fabrication projects vary, but we’ll always give you a realistic timeline upfront — and stick to it.
What is your typical turnaround time?
- Quotes: Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Project Scope: Any changes made after the quote is approved may result in a revised timeline or price.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.
- Final Payment: Due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Site Access: Client is responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to job sites.
- Delays: We’ll communicate clearly about weather delays, material shortages, or scheduling changes.
- Photos & Promotion: We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Welds & Structural Work: Backed by a 1-year workmanship guarantee.
Finishes (Paint, Powder Coating, etc.): Not covered under warranty unless noted in writing, as wear and weather exposure varies.
Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, or natural wear over time is not covered.

Cancellation: If a job is cancelled after a deposit has been made, any materials purchased or time spent will be deducted from the refund.
Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an on-site service or consultation.
No-Shows: If no one is present on-site at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
